Services

Basic room rental for all rooms (non-exhibit areas only) include a one-time room set of tables and chairs (plain, not draped or skirted) one podium, one microphone (if in-house audio-visual supplier is used), one easel, a standard 6×8 riser and house lighting and ventilation during event hours. The rates listed below are for equipment and special services needed in addition to that provided under the basic rental and are subject to availability.

GENERAL EQUIPMENT ITEMS RATE

  • Chairs (padded stacking chairs) $1.00 each
  • Tables (6’x30”, 8’x30”, 6’x18”, 8’x18”) $5.00 each
  • Tables (draped and skirted) $25.00 each
  • Easels—One easel per room is provided with the room rental. Additional easels are $10.00 each.
  • Dance Floor (1,800 sq. ft. available) $ .65 per sq. ft.
  • Performance Stage (2,400 sq. ft. available) $20.00 per 8×8 panel
  • Risers (6’x8’)—A riser is provided upon request with the room rental. Additional risers are $15.00 per unit.

SPECIAL SERVICES TYPE RATE

  • 24 Hour A/C Service/Exhibit Halls $100.00 per hall/per hour
  • Non-Returned Key Fee $50.00 each
